It is one of the best places I have ever visited. I went there without much expectations though I got to know from friends that it takes few hours of time to look around. This museum has so much to offer. It gives you detailed idea about inception and rise of aviation industry since more than a century. What is the role played by Aeroplanes, jetplanes and etc. in World war 1 and 2.

There are more than 6 divisions in the entire museum. The first 2 being for both the world wars. You can find the details about how the war started, who were heading which departments, the background behind the war, the war slogans, the uniforms, the news articles, original engines, original aircrafts, original objects and weapons used by them. Next division is about the later growth of aviation and aeronautical industry in 1960s at the vietnam war and cold wars. Then being, the missiles section and NASA section.

All the divisions are well maintained with security, infrastructure, air conditioning, etc. There are restrooms at every walking passage. There are also stores with lot of shopping things. We have ordered for Dog Tags which costs $7.52 including tax.

One who wants to know the history of aeronautics, US, world wars, Air force, this place is one stop for it. I have clicked around 300 photos, but still I dint captured half of the objects in the museum. There are some replicas created of planes and there are other planes which are original and vintage. You can walk through some of the fighter planes.

Also, there is Virtual Reality experience offered in the last division where you can find NASA and astronauts related objects.

I dont think a 10,000 word review is sufficient to write about my experience here. Whether you are a passionate engineer or a regular goer who likes to visit new places, I would say this place is must.
