From the minute you walk in this gym Dave makes you feel welcome, and I don't mean the first time when you sign up and then that's it like most gyms, I mean every time!
From top to bottom the gym is immaculate, it has the best equipment of any gym I've been to and caters for all types of users.
The high performance area is a particular favourite of mine, and the fact that is is downstairs is an added bonus as I couldn't handle stairs after. The gym is always looking to help it's members with new equipment and the high performance area itself was actually added during lockdown, that in itself speaks volumes about the owners ambitions for the club and it's members.
I would implore anyone who is looking for a gym in Galway to come here, you don't need to live in Loughrea to use it, I don't myself and I actually drive 25 minutes from Oranmore and pass several gyms just to get here.
Get yourself down here guys and experience a proper gym.
