They kept my computer for weeks and never called me once. I had to call every time too see what was going on. They didn't fix my computer and when I came to pick it up, it was damaged and things were rattling around inside it. I also had to pay them, even though my computer was in worse shape than when I brought it in, and as far as I know they never even did anything.. Will never go here again or recommend to anyone!
