Disappointed, called in advance to see if they could help my out when our rear latch got stuck, Frank in service said sure, bring it in. He seemed eager to help and friendly. Our experience was the opposite. The mechanic who looked at our 2005 Oddysey said we neede a new this that and the other thing, he was looking a tthe wrong door. When we asked for the price of the replacement part that we might have actually needed, the mechanic couldn't be bothered to look it up and said it would take at least a couple of weeks. How could he know this without looking? We'll figure it out without them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU MAY HAVE A CHANCE.

New Info: We drove a half hour from Connicelli to Martin Main Line Honda, whre they looked at the van immediately and quicly fixed the problem with a screwdiver and a few tugs on the handle at NO CHARGE........
