We purchased furniture with a synchrony account through Ashley Furniture Store about 5 months ago. We have had to call at least once a month because for whatever reason the automatic payment feature does not actually work, and we have had a late fee every time we thought we could utilize the automatic payment feature. The customer service representatives talk to you as if you are a child.
