Today, a girlfriend and I went kayaking on the river. There was 2 manatees and 2 or 3 turtles. The wind was 14, and so it somewhat of a strong current. This was only our 2nd time kayaking.....and we capsized. The river has a lot of twists and turns and we glided into a broken tree limb on the left side. I went downstream a bit and my girlfriend was able to grab the branch that was broke. Two men were around and they helped get the boat and the paddles, and made sure that we got in the kayak safely and got underway again. Whoever You Are- Guys===Many thanks!
My friend and I laughed and splashed water on each other while paddling. The scenery was beautiful, and wouldn't mind returning, as long as the wind is not as windy as today. Enjoy seeing Buttet!
