Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment with John Deere for air condition repair a day in advance. On the day of the service, I contacted them to confirm the appointment. I was told the technician would arrive between 8am and 12pm. Not only did I not receive a call from the technician, he never showed up. Never again!
