Everyone was friendly and helpful on the phone. They kept me informed when the service tech arrival would be. The service tech was Glenn J. He was very courteous and informative about what repairs were needed and if parts were available. He gave me an estimate of the repair work and also gave me estimates to replace my a/c equipment. He did a very good job of explaining everything to me.
I would highly recommend John Moore for a/c service work.
