OMG I just hung the phone with John Moore .....they are telling me that they are unable to come out and assess the problem with my AC because of where I live #Crosby...are you kidding me. John Moore has been out here in the past and completed a $10,000+ job for my parents who also live in Crosby.....WOW John Moore!!!! Just when I thought I could count on you! The rep also asked me how old was the unit....I told him 6yrs then he said "how old is the house" my response 6yrs. Then he said, ...yeah well we won't be able to help you right now, maybe you should call someonel else to help you.
