At SMAC you order on a computer at the counter and then they bring you your macaroni and cheese. My wife and I really enjoyed the open doors at the restaurant although it would be a nightmare when it is hot out. The macaroni and cheese was good but it wasn t really good. We got the sampler which included 8 different types of macaroni and cheese.
