I have been a customer for many, many years and so...

I have been a customer for many, many years and so has my parents. I have to say we will no longer buy a vehicle nor do any service work with them any longer. Service department was rude and didn't order what I needed and never called me. The guy was hateful. I have NEVER received that type of treatment until here recently.
