This is honestly the best humane society I've seen in the US - and I visit one in every city I travel to. The pets have access to fresh air, and they aren't kept in cages unless necessary. The shelter/bonding rooms are made to ensure that the pet is in control of the interaction, and the animals seem calm and happy. I would definitely recommend this shelter if you're looking for an animal! :)
