I am writing today to thank Senior Planning Services for the wonderful job that was performed on behalf
of my elderly mother. We had the most pleasant case manager imaginable; Naomi Roberts was
fantastic!
We were recommended by the facility my mother was in to move forward with the process to insure
she would be taken care of.
Although the process was long and tedious Naomi was exceptional in assisting me along the way. We
worked well together to finally get the desired result. I can not say enough wonderful things about
Naomi, she was patient, considerate, helpful and most of all extremely professional. With out her I
would have never been able to do this process on my own.
I have recommended the Senior Planning Service to several friends who were in a similar situation.
Unfortunately, we all have aging parents and when we arrive at this point in life, we need services like
Senior Planning to assist us.
I am grateful for the services you provide and so happy that we went with your organization. From our
first meeting I have not looked back.
