We went with Steve and Co. for our wedding because two family members had used them for their wedding and the music was great. However, they both had Steve himself and we had Tommy. Tommy was very frustrating to work with because throughout the entire process he was impossible to get a hold of. If you emailed it took weeks to get a response. Even if you text/called and had a time established more than half the time we didn't get a response. We reviewed a day of schedule with Tommy and he made several errors on the day of the wedding. Either not playing the right music or forgetting the timing of things or to make announcements. As the bride, I found it very frustrating that I had to keep checking in with him throughout my reception. The music was fantastic though. I recommend going with this company if you can work with Steve specifically.
