Australians all let us rejoice, for we are young and free!!! This is where the magic happens folks! Remember that time when that politician did that thing?! That was probably here! If you love Australia (and by God I hope you do!) then this place is probably partly responsible for making it the grand country it is today! It s a unique looking place, not much else around like it. It s actually a lot larger than it looks (pretty sure it s the largest Parliament House in the Southern Hemisphere I think I heard) and it s an interesting place to go and soak up some Australian history! Highlights include having a geeze at the portraits of Prime Ministers past and getting a look at the lower house and upper house in the flesh! Can you think of anything more exciting? So that s it folks, if you re in Canberra (and why wouldn t you be, what a swell place) then at least make sure you check out Parliament House, by shelia you re country will thank you!
