We have had one or two Toyota's in the drive all from Oakville since about 1989 - I guess about eight cars in all since Frank started the business and they played an important part in the community. Our recent experiences have been awful. A new purchase had two features that we were assured performed in such a way - neither did and after repeated requests to resolve they stopped returning calls. Our deal also included replacing the GPS chip which was 5 yrs out of date; one year later despite reminders we are still waiting. However the worst was the purchase with this new vehicle of an extended warranty the wording of which was far more comprehensive (generous) than previous versions i had purchased - i questioned this with the salesperson and had the office manager prior to purchase confirm that the extra extended cover was as written. At the first service guess what. The service guys completely disowned the issue and refused to talk to sales or the management - as if they were a different company - it was wrong and it was all my problem. I have given lousy service reviews - no one follows up - particularly after a recent unnecessary up selling experience and lack of follow up on components for my wife's car. Very dissapointing from what was such a trusted brand.
