I have to say, I'm disappointed with this company,...

I have to say, I'm disappointed with this company, I attended 2 online webinars and was advised someone would be in touch within 7 days,
No calls so I applied as per instructions from Webinar, After over 6 weeks waiting I sent a query email and the next thing I knew my application was cancelled, I queried this and after a number of correspondences I have been advised I'm not eligible, which is fine, (although the website states prior learning is taken into account for the course I applied to, it appears this is not that case)
Overall a disappointing experience,
