BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY sent my Sony radio in for software update. Customer service said the circuit board was cracked and needed $250 to repair. Got the unit sent back and updated software myself for $12 for a memory stick. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Seen your reply and talked with Sony customer support they said this is not their solution for a failed software update , also you told me your engineer assessed the unit and their diagnostic's was the board was cracked and needed to be replaced, nothing about software updated. I also asked for the engineer's report when shipping unit, did not receive. PLEASE DON'T LIE ***BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY***
