I had Reimer come in to stretch my carpet which after several years of cleaning, vacuuming, etc. It was bound to happen.
The carpet reps came in, moved furniture, explained what they had to do and proceeded to do a great job. I was amazed considering I had had installed a carpet with a different color border. You cannot tell anything was fixed. The guys were also extremely polite and professional. From my first call to sighing the paperwork at the end was a good experience.
