Joe was very helpful. He got us right into the car we wanted and took us on a long ride. He answered many of our questions. Those he didn't know the answer to he found out right away. When we decided to purchase he guided us through the whole process and helped it to run very smoothly. He encouraged us many times to contact him directly if there is anything he could do to help us.
