Make totally sure that you order the part you need, or they will scam you when you try to return it! We sent a $340 part back for a refund and they claimed the box was damaged by UPS, although the shipper did not give any notice and they deny doing any damage. The photos RockAuto sent me looks like their shipping department intentionally damaged my box so they would not have to give me any credit. We ship stuff all the time and the boxes never get damaged. Then RockAuto sends me an e-mail saying if I don't pay for the freight to get the allegedly damaged box shipped back, they will just keep my part. This place has the worst customer service in the industry. You cannot call them and if you send them e-mails, it's like talking to a legal department. Their return department is a sham. If you ever need customer service, you get stonewalled. I will never buy anything from them again.
