Travelling for work with three colleagues we booke...

Travelling for work with three colleagues we booked two rooms, one a suite and the other a single queen.

To say the experience was bad would be an understatement.

The hotel itself is old and tired and in dire need of a gutting and tots renovation. The room felt dirty and it was not possible to feel relaxed or enjoy the space. From the tiny jail cell windows overlooking a tar roof, to the thumping base from an event space till late at night, to the multiple changes to the rooms over the years with holes not even covered.

We decided to try the restaurant Bullion and it was equally horrible. With terrible service and old, gross furniture, menus that were confusing and poorly laid out, not to mention falling apart. The food was overpriced for the quality and taste and drinks uninspired. If you like the vibe of a sports bar though, this room with a beautiful chandelier may be for you, with the sports blaring on the tv s and grown men whooping it up at the bar. This place has the potential to be classy but by far misses the mark.

Overall this hotel was a completely horrendous experience and I will never return, not even after a full remodel. Nassau has some world class hotel, and this one should not bear the Hilton name. It is a disgrace.
