I've been here several times and usually it's awes...

I've been here several times and usually it's awesome. We checked in Wednesday and it was terrible. The lady at the front desk was really rude. When we got to the room, the keys did not work. We went back to the office twice. Finally the key worked, but every time we tried to open the door, it took 5 minutes for the key to work. They didn't send someone to check it out for an hour and a half. He looked at it, but didn't fix it. So for 3 days we spent more time trying to get in the room than we actually spent in the room. We booked the king suite for 4 people, but there was only 2 towels in the room and no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. It took hours for them to bring all that up. The sink and bath tub clogged. I told the front desk girl about all this and she couldn't have cared less. I'm very disappointed.
