I hate posting negative reviews but just had the worst experience here. Booked a car last week to take a Sunday group trip out of town. Card charged. All good. Got to pick up rental on Sunday morn and told policy changed only accept New York licenses and that's it. Super unhelpful and unapologetic customer service.
