I am surprised by all of the bad reviews on here! My loan officer (Stevie) was truly amazing! She even worked for me on the weekends to get me into the car I wanted. She sent endless emails to the finance manager at the dealership. Mind you..the dealership was very difficult to work with. Yes...the interest is 20 percent in my case, but you can't expect better when you don't have great credit. And my car payement is helping my credit too. I can't say how very pleased I am with this company. In my opinion...they have great customer service and are willing to answer all the questions you have.
