Really frustrated with the level of service we hav...

Really frustrated with the level of service we have received lately from Mutual of Enumclaw and AAA who sells me the policies. I am a long standing client of greater than 20 years with 2 homes and 3 vehicles, it s been 10 days since my husband was hit by a falling tree on city streets with no decision on the vehicle status. Just the blanket response of, we can pay a portion of rental car fees, which isn t much. Sent emails on day 9 and day 10, no response yet.
