I recently used a media services company based in Costa Rica for a project I was working on. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed without any trouble. However, I found that the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, which delayed the progress of my project. The quality of the work was decent, but I expected a little more attention to detail. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and willing to help, which made the overall experience better. In the end, I would rate my experience as average. There were both positive and negative aspects, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication and work quality.
