Sick and tired of not getting my full order from A...

Sick and tired of not getting my full order from Asda. I've had nearly 30 deliveries and can honestly say that I've only had 3/4 complete. Why does this happen and why doesn't someone do something about it and why doesn't someone contact the customer to explain why they haven't received their order. You are supposed to be an international company but you worse than a corner shop. Last order was over half the items short so I cancelled it and done the same order with Tesco and got everything I asked for, so why can't Asda do that? I bet no one from Asda will reply because they don't have a customer CARE department.
