I needed a residential lot surveyed. I called three well known companies before this one. All three were around the same price and very professional. The guy I talked to from BFM could not have come off more uninterested. I explained what I needed. He said he wasn't sure but proceeded to throw out a bunch of fees and numbers. Before he was even done he was already double the other quotes so I said "sir I appreciate your time but I don't want to waste it. I've gotten three other quotes and you aren't even in the same ballpark they are much cheaper." His response: "Well I'm sure they are...good luck with your build." And hung up. Enough said.
