As a recent customer of S.E. Needhams I can honestly say they are the best in town. I previously went with my fiance and tried to purchase a ring from a private jeweler who claimed to make unique custom rings at a much affordable price. Of course being in college I jumped on board. To make the long story short, yes it sounded like we got a killer deal, but the ring after just 2 months started showing sings of cracks in the gold band and the prongs were becoming more lose. So we went and explored our options. Coming to S.E. Needhams, they looked at the ring and said, we'll get you something better for a way better price. They came through, the definitely know their customers and how to treat them and give them quality service. They got to their prestige by obviously being the best. And for those who are intimidated by this prestigious store, thinking that their prices are way high, please reconsider coming here. It was the best choice my fiance and I made. I wish we would of come here in the beginning.
