Wings were Soooo good. I went to school in upstate New York and there was a rugby bar in Troy that had the best wings hands down. I have not been there since 2001, but getting wings from here was the closest, I've had since. I will definitely be going back to Federal Pizza when I return to Phoenix and getting lots of wings to take back home with me. Really they were that good. Pizza was good too, but for me, I had to focus on wings.
