I placed an online order with the Product info # I had. I thought it was pulling up the size I was specifically looking for and I placed the order. The product arrived next day and that is when I realized it was for a MUCH larger size than what I thought I was ordering. I contacted customer service to exchange and was told that it was a closeout item and it could not be returned, exchanged, or refunded in anyway. I did not receive any notification at checkout that this was a closeout item only. No one would have ever purchased 1 entire case of 5XL. I will NEVER purchase from this scamming company again. Very Unsatisfied!
