First time here, very expensive, which is fine because you pay for quality, and their go carts are definitely fun, but for what you pay, you would also expect decent customer service. No one in the staff was helpful in explaining how things worked, where to go, what to do. They just stare at you blankly or ignore you completely. Please work on greeting your guest and helping them through the process. For $70.00, you could at least help me with understanding helmet sizing, or explain the rules for driving, or ANYTHING!!
