After a disappointing experience at a different dealership, a friend suggested we visit Buff Whelan. Our experience at Buff Whelan was excellent. The showroom is beautiful and the inventory is extensive. We purchased a beautiful new Traverse and we couldn't be more pleased. Our salesman, Darrin Uhlig, is a true expert and excellent in customer service. He was very clear and transparent on pricing, vehicle options and delivery. He was patient and upfront with us as we got our information together to make the purchase. They were aggressive on our trade-in and we were pleased with the trade-value. Before visited Buff Whelan we had shopped around a bit and found Buff Whelan to be best pricing. Also Darrin was efficient and a pleasure to work with - which actually makes all the difference to me (even above the $$ factor.) It's about the people!
