My experience was not very good, First off, I spent over 5 1/2 hours there , with the usual back and forth price haggling, We agreed on a price, but when I went to sign the papers , they wanted $2,500 for a down payment, I told them that was not the deal we shook hands on,( Mind you I came in with a trade in ) then after one more hour of haggling again, we made a deal, not what I wanted , I had to pay an extra $1500.00 for the F150.
When I went to sign the paper work the finance person , who was very tricky, wanted to sell me a MPP Service plan, he first came out with this ridiculous price, I told him NO, I guess he did not hear me, he kept pushing for the plan, when I told him I was going to walk out, he then changed strategy, He then said how about only $15.00 a month more, I told him okay, $15. was not that bad, and I got all the 15,000 covered components, little did I know that when I got home ,and look closer to the contract that he had change the price to what he offered me the first time, the cost over $2500.
I could go on and on, but I don't want to spend all day writing this review.................I called the A G, & the BBB , also a few other agencies. I don't say don't purchase a Auto their , but I would look very close on what they say and what they write on paper, The salesman that I dealt with was an Okay guy.
It was the salesman bosses that were dishonest.
