We had to go to this hospital but we are from Indiana originally my mother has no family in California and she is not from California either. We went to this hospital and it was extremely messy. The nurses do not give their patience the time of day, and communication and bedside manners are horrible . My mom feels like she is dying and they will NOT let me talk to a patience advocate. They keep transferring me to a complaint line or back to the nurse . My moms color isn t good , and she feels so sick. They refuse to let me talk to anyone above them to let someone know what s going on. The nurses desk is rude and said I quote hang up, tell her you have other calls as I was trying to get information on my moms condition for the first time, and they told me that the others on hold were more important that my questions about my mother who just had surgery . I m disappointed and disgusted to say the least . Please don t go here , PLEASE choose another hospital. I wouldn t take my PLANTS here. I ve been in tears states away and haven t gotten sleep worried sick about my mother, states away. This hospital and the people in it aren t making matters better.
