I am speechless! Recently went to see the firework...

I am speechless! Recently went to see the fireworks at harrahs, which were amazing btw Decided to stay a bit and gamble with some friends. After a long night, we decided it was time to go to. Long story short, trying to do the right thing and not drink and drink, we decided to get a lyft, uber or cab....... No service could be provided ba all!!! We asked the front desk if we can get a room. Their answer "there is no availability till 8 or 9am". WHAT?? ARE U SERIOUS?? Our next response " Well do you care if we just sleep it out on that lounge chair?"..... After a minute a very kind worker listening to our story, offers to give us a lift within 20min after he got off his shift!!! We were so appreciative, we paid him. I will never forget that generous kid!
It seems absurd that a casino of your size does not value their customers enough to provide some sort of connection to a ride service to get you home safely or a place to wait beside outside the casino valet chairs outside . We are there often and spend alot of money. I guess we will take our business for a much safer evening....... Unbelievable!
