They will make your pet's welfare top priority, everything will be explained, possible scenarios, cost ranges, and they will call you frequently to keep you current on your pet's status. They abide by Covid guidelines. The doctors and techs are all caring people, and their specialists are wonderful. Having arrived there in a panic with 3 different emergency situations in the past 12 years, each time they immediately attended to and saved my pets' lives. Cannot recommend enough.
