The first Core15 rifle I owned was around a decade ago, never had any issues and it's been long sold years ago.

Ordered some accessories recently and UPS completely bungled the shipment. It bounced around distribution centers all over the country while claiming that it was ready for pickup at a locker in my town. I drove the 20 min to the locker and the scanner claimed it wasn't in the locker. I've received multiple emails from UPS saying that I need to go to the locker I already went to. Meanwhile the package had arrived back at Core15 saying it was undeliverable. I'm STILL getting emails to this day from UPS that I need to go back to that locker.

Meanwhile Steve at CORE15 had noticed unusual activity with my shipment and made numerous attempt to call me to try to make sure I get my package before I even tried to contact them. When it finally got returned back to them, he started emailing me trying to get this package to me. He listened to the troubles I had with UPS and shipped me the package again at their own expense, which I received promptly this time.

Conclusion: From what I recall my CORE15 rifle was reliable AND they go the extra mile and PROACTIVELY provide excellent customer service. When I need to purchase something in the future, I'll always check their website first from now on (oh yeah. they had the absolute best price on what I was buying).
