I would imagine they are grossly understaffed. Having said that, this customer service is a JOKE! Easily the worst I've ever experienced. If you can actually reach someone and speak to them, they seem to try and be helpful. This system is embarrassingly ineffective. I've been trying to resolve a fairly straight forward problem for 6 months. I wonder if DFAS would wait that long if I owed them money?
