absolute worst service department ever. Dropped my...

absolute worst service department ever. Dropped my car off over a week an a half ago. They finally got the part today. Turns out they never even diagnosed the problem and just guessed and ordered parts for it. So now they have to order parts and I have to wait probably another week and a half for my car to be done. I know things break and shipping takes time but they didnt even look Into the issue. This is all because my car is under warranty if I was paying out of pocket this would have been fixed properly.
