I have used their services for a complete blood count test and other test for my father, their executive visited on time which was good, but he was half informed about the test for which samples was to be collected, I have to tell him to add more tests , this shows lack of coordination.
I received report, but the important test (Uric acid ) is missing and its almost 16 hours since I have registered the complaint , the support team unable to provide proper response, Now I can not take my father for review since kidney specialist wants to know Uric acid level before prescribing, I think I have done a mistake to use Portea services
