Thanks to Hotel Wings, our anniversary was a huge disappointment. From 12 or 13 February we served the suite with a view of the runway. Upon arrival, the view of the bus lane turned out to be. There were also a number of suspicious stains in the room, both on the floor and on the curtains. We ordered our food and would pick it up at the reception. This all happened very quickly, almost too fast. We understand very well that the service is limited due to all corona rules but the food is so terribly expensive, the portions are very small and come in plastic and foam containers. My partner had ordered a tournedos that was incredibly dry, served in a foam tray with barely any garnish and no sauce. Fries were served in a closed container (I'm guessing you don't have to be a cook to know that these fries are no longer eatable after a few minutes) otherwise we had no cutlery, plate or anything other than a paper bag containing plastic baking. We were both hungry after an hour but we were definitely not going to order more of this incredibly expensive food.
Also the heating was not working at all, it was getting warmer in the room, which we also did. After a terrible night's sleep it came in the same containers again. Eggs that were cold and dry and bread that was already hard when it arrived.

The joke of all was that we had specially booked a late checkout so there we were stuck in this room, without a nice view with dirty stains and hunger.

When checking out, we reported all this to the front desk employee. Who actually immediately waved it away a bit with that she found it annoying but she couldn't do anything about it. And a manager wouldn't be there to meet us.

I have previously posted reviews via TripAdvisor but none of these were posted, hence now via this route.

This night of misery cost us almost 300 euros and totally ruined our anniversary!
