They don t work with you. They are highly unprofessional. You ask for their help and they turn you down. I would recommend another agency . I ve dealt with this agency for a couple years and they are not very understanding. I had a major death in my family and also had some circumstances during COVID-19 and basically wouldn t help me. All im saying is a sincere agency would be there to help its people in any given situation especially during this national pandemic we re in. Its very disheartening
