Attended a professional event there. The valet was great but upon getting inside the sign for where I needed to go was small and I passed by it the first time not realizing it was there. The desk staff were the only staff in sight and they were busy helping others. One of the elevators was down (which is fine, there was a sign they were renovating/updating) but the alternate elevators were really not very nice and let you off in what seemed like a broom closet... I'd rather have just waited for the one good elevator to get out on my floor in an actual hallway.
