First off, when we arrived at the resort on 1/10/1...

First off, when we arrived at the resort on 1/10/19, we were told that there was a gentleman from the resort that would help us get our luggage to our room. This happened, but as we were walking to our room, he started asking us what we knew about Jamaica. I shared my insights that I had read about (famous people, places, etc..) He asked if we liked the singer Bob Marley. Once we got to our room the gentleman walked in to drop our luggage off. He then pulled out weed and asked if wanted to buy any. We told him that we didn't smoke weed and he needed to leave, which he did. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Secondly, after the gentleman left, my wife and I changed into our bathing suites to head to the beach. As we walked out our hotel room, I realized the door didn't lock. I messed with it for about 5 minutes, but couldn't fix it. So I then had to the front desk who called maintenance. Maintenance said they would be over "shortly." About 45 minutes later, they still hadn't arrived, so I then called the font desk again. About another 15 minutes later, they finally showed up. It took them another 45 minutes to fix the lock on my door. By this time, we didn't have much time to hit the beach. WASTE OF A FIRST DAY.

Third issue I ran into: I was in the casino and the machine didn't print out my token voucher after I hit "cash out". If I remember correctly, it was Sunday. When I called the front desk for assistance they said that the guy that fixes the machines was not working that day and to call back tomorrow. So, I called back the next day and got the same response. I made one final try the next day and got the same thing. Thankfully, the voucher was only for about $15... but what if it was worth more??? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED.

My last complaint: I was told twice that the day of our check out that there would be someone that would come to retrieve our baggage from our room and take to the main lobby. Our pick up time for our shuttle was 4am on the 1/15. We waited in our room until 3:55am and no one had come to help. Thankfully, we still made our shuttle and got to the airport on time. EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MET HERE.
