I have never taken my car here for service before....

I have never taken my car here for service before. I need an oil change and the service intake guy is very short with me- nearly exasperated- the phones don't stop ringing and he's annoyed. He wouldn't listen to one of the techs when the guy wanted to alert him to something regarding a car that was ready for the customer. He just kept repeating, just leave the slip here. He's nearly angry with the keyboard and can barely make eye contact with me. He seems really stressed out but that isn't a reason to be rude to the customer- one who is brand new. And he knows I'm brand new because he asked. Once I'm done with the oil change, I'm finished with this place. Terrible first impression Conicelli.
