We bought our car from this dealership last 2018. We don t use the car as much and only drove it mostly for short distances because we dont want it to worn out easily. We brought back for a recall and they were able to fix it. Unfortunately they were not able to put the under engine protector properly that s why the car ended up skidding a lot especially in downtown 27 north. We brought the car back again for them to fix it. After a week another problem came up, black carbon like thing was coming out of the tale pipe and having problem with the acceleration. We had to bring it back again. And I was shocked to hear from the service department that there was too much oil in the engine which was causing the problem. We were upset and disappointed because it was only their service department who have worked on our car and i would never attemp to change or even add an oil to it since I dont have the knowledge and the tools to do it.

We don t know if we will ever bring our car to this dealership again since we had 2 incident already that the service was messed up.

I wish this wont happen to other customer/client.
