Well organised throughout, you do need to prebook your tickets before arrival but you can do it when you walk in of the street but be prepared to come back at a later time in the day. Plenty to see and do with hand sanitizer openly available at each level . I visited with my 3 children aged between 14 and 8 and we all enjoyed out time there. We spent 2 hours going around but you can go around it quicker, it's your choice. I would recommend going, especially for families trying to entertain the children around the trip of the city
