I called into BMW Seattle for first time inquiring...

I called into BMW Seattle for first time inquiring about an X1 I had found on their site. Charles Schaefer picked up the call and later that day met me and my wife at the dealership. I am very impressed by their professionalism, genuine attitude and the level of respect they put forth.
We ended up making a deal on the X1. Follow up so far has been nothing less than perfect. They really made the experience pleasant. We will be back. Nicholas from Kirkland
